Refund Policy

Credit Card payment refunds can only be given if the following criteria can be met:

• The payment was received 48 hours, before work is scheduled to be undertaken.
• The work was cancelled 24 hours before work is scheduled to be undertaken.

If these criteria are met then a full refund will be given.
